I am watching his show for the first time ever right now and during his monalouge and crap I have come to realize that he is not funny.
Has he always been not even remotely funny?
His lame sidekick PAul Schaffer isnt funny and so far only makes David Letterman's attempt more pathetic.

So has he always been this stupid or am I just watching on a bad time?

How many can't stand to watch David Letterman anymore because he to big of a bitter liberal even for liberals to stand?

I use to love his show and his top 10 and also how he is from Indianapolis, Indiana where i am from and still live. So I was all for the guy, but now his views are so one sided he just makes me angry. Maybe it just me.......

I stopped watching him when I was a senior 3 years ago. I thought he was a moron

McCain was supposed to be on the Letterman show the week he so called suspended his campaign to go resolve the economic crunch (the jury is still out on that one). He told Letterman he had to catch a plane and had to cancel. McCain was caught having make up applied to him in order for him to be on another show and give an interview. He is supposed to be on Letterman this Thursday. Your Honest thoughts.

McCain is a ridiculous little man, and I am seriously tired of seeing his face in the media. I hope he doesn't win, because the next four years will make me physically ILL if I have to be exposed to his phony, lying, insincere beady little eyes. Not to mention his dim witted "maverick" of a side-kick, you-betcha. I would enjoy hearing him answer to David Letterman, though. I think his true character will show through. The man is a SNAKE, and will try to lie his way out of anything. I think it would be great to see Letterman call him on his phoniness.
