How many of you think that Howard Stern has changed for the worst since going for satellite radio?

I am assuming he has but like the previous person I won't pay for satellite radio.

I listen to Howard Stern on channels 100 and 101 on Sirius Satellite Radio. Sometimes he will read a commercial advertisement for different companies. I was just wondering how much these companies are paying to have their ads read by the one and only H.S.

I listen to Sirius Radio and love the Howard Stern show, I hear them talking about Howard Stern TV and I've seen it On-Demand but I want to check it out before I decide to order it. Does anyone know where I can go to stream the shows for free? Thanks all.

Yes, they are a few clips on youtube. But other than that, no.

Now that Sirius and XM have merged into the largest radio company and the second largest media company (baised upon number of subscribers), has Howard Stern finally proved he is the King of All Media? Think about it, Howard Stern brought 8 million listeners over from listening to free radio over to a pay radio service. I say the answer is yes!!! Bababoey to all of you.

Absolutley! Bill the whitehouse lap dog is lame (go Colbert!), pumpkin head Rush is just as useless, o&a are about to be "let go" (cant wait!)

What software does The Howard Stern Show use to organize their clips?

On the show they sometimes refer to something called "Prophet" - this is the company, Prophet Systems, that created the program NexGen that Sirius Satellite Radio uses to manage some of its programming, including the Howard Stern show clip archive. Prophet has since merged with RCS, and you can find them on http://www.rcsworks.com/.

Ironically, Prophet Systems was originally a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications. Not sure how Howard would feel about that!

I listened to the interview that Leticia did the other day on Howard Stern. Stern mentioned that you could see it on TV. Is there anywhere I can see it on the internet for free? Don't say YouTube.

Howard welcomed Leticia Cline to the studio and told her that the staff played a trick on her while she was in the greenroom; JD and High Pitch Mike were sent in on missions to get her phone number. Robin bet $50 that JD got her real number, and Howard took the bet, saying Leticia probably gave JD her
publicist's number. Gary came in to say that High Pitch Mike didn't really follow the contest to the letter, as he tried to use a method that involved pitching her a show idea.

Howard played a clip of High Pitch Mike pitching his idea to Leticia and yelled at him for not asking her out straight-up like he was supposed to. High Pitch Mike said he was given (mis)direction from a few different people, so he
went with the method that he thought would work. Howard then played a clip of JD actually asking Leticia out – and everyone was surprised when she gave him her real number.


JD told the crew that the second
he asked Leticia out, he saw “that pity look” come over her face. Howard then asked Leticia a
few questions, and Leticia revealed that she lost her virginity
at 16, went to college with K.C. Armstrong, and can't date black
guys because of her racist parents. Leticia confessed
that she also had a problem with Puerto Ricans, as she's had two Puerto Rican roommates steal from her.
