Why do so many people (mostly people in America) take the mick out of Matt Damon? i.e. as if he is thick - am I missing something? Where did it start? Thanks X X

It started with the film Team America where Matt Damon's puppet was particularly stupid for some reason, it was very funny though.

If you haven't seen it, search for it on youtube (matt damon palin). But I think it is right on point. I can't really agree with him much more. But seriously, do stubborn Republicans really think she is a good choice as far as a vice presidential nominee, potentially being president. I don't want to hear why she is qualified, cause frankly I know, and it's crap. So tell me, are you a registered GOP just being stubborn?

I think it is the best ad ever.

Matt Damon seems to be the only one who is really vocalizing an unvarnished apprehension about Sarah Palin being the Vice President, and even possibly the President, given McCain's age and health problems. Politicians who oppose the McCain/Palin ticket and the media seem to be treating her with kid gloves. Its real sad when an a person known more for screenwriting and acting chops is far more inquisitive and skeptical than those who should demonstrate these qualities.

Yes, it's very sad.

And Matt Damon hit it right on the head.

The media has allowed a person who is vying for the second highest job in the land to cry "sexism" to keep them for asking her questions about issues concerning America.

And I have no doubt in my mind that the "interview" with Charlie Gibson is one that is fixed.

No doubt she has already been given the questions so she'll have pat answers already prepared.

There are only about 53 days left before the election and we know NOTHING about Palin other than what the McCain camp spins about her.

Come on, America. I KNOW we're better than this.

I think it was Stockholm open but not sure. I have seen a Player who was having a very close resemblance to Matt Damon. Do you know anyone like that
