This question is for people that have already seen the movie Australia. I actually have more than one question. Well, Nicole Kidman used to be so beautiful and I was just wondering if she looked different in the movie, like old or ugly? Also, is she good in the movie, and is the movie good or is it too long?

I've seen the movie and Nicole Kidman looks very beautiful in it. Actually she looks very young in this movie. I always find her very appealing when she plays in romantic movies. Well this movie is part romance, action, comedy and suspense. You'll love it like i did. It's about 2 hrs 45 mins but with all the excitement around it, time will fly by w/o you noticing it. Yes, Nicole is very good in this movie. She's actually quiet awake in this one like she was in Moulin Rouge. Go see it and enjoy it yourself.

I have seen a few of her films and her acting is average. I think Kate Winslet is a great actress, Nicole Kidman is fairly overhyped.

She is more of a pretty face, which is more than can be said for Kate Winslet

Hey, I got the same email. Stood out to me because of the name. No it is not legit. It is a scam just all those other West Africa / European - your relative died and I just need a bank account number - kind of scams out there.

As you may or may not be aware, Nicole Kidman recently attempted to play the didgeridoo on a German TV show. Afterwards, she was warned by Aboriginals that women playing the didgeridoo is forbidden, as it causes them to become infertile or "barren". Now at first this seems pretty bad for Nicole Kidman, but could this perhaps have prevented lots of humiliation for the future "Monday Daffodil" or "Tuesday Violet"? Let me hear your thoughts on this one.

It is pathetic that Nicole Kidman... an Australian, who plays in the movie Australia (with Aboriginals) doesn't know or doesn't respect Indigenous culture.

This question is about the recent furore given to Nicole Kidman for playing a didgeridoo.

I was surprised she can play a didgeridoo, one other talent she has that all her knockers don't have. Since when is it disrespectful to wrap your laughing gear around a pipe and blow? I bet if she did not play a didgeridoo on german TV someone would have complained. I have never seen a movie of hers that I liked, doesn't mean she is not a good actress. My guess is she earns more in a year doing what she does than all the salaries of her detractors combined and then doubled.Since when has an actor been required to be a an expert on the history of every film they appear in? If all movies had to be fact only then we would have only documentaries to watch on the idiot box.I feel sorry for her imagine having Tom wave his wedding tackle at you for ten years.
